We are happy to announce that Lichens has joined the 5G season 2 program of Orange Fab France. This collaboration promises to multiply the impact of our innovative solution to solve weak signal problems indoors.
In 2022, Lichens joined the 5G season 2 program of Orange Fab France. This announcement opens up new perspectives for improving mobile reception in buildings. This collaboration promises to multiply the impact of our innovative solution to solve weak signal problems indoors.
A common problem that many users face is the weak signal inside buildings. Whether in homes, offices, or commercial buildings, signal quality can be compromised due to reinforced thermal insulation glazing. This often results in dropped calls and therefore a poor experience.
To address these issues, many people are turning to solutions such as signal boosters, boosters, and femtocells. However, the installation and configuration of these devices can be complex and the use consuming of energy.
Thanks to its expertise in the field of telecommunications, Orange Lab is well placed to understand the challenges that users face when it comes to mobile connectivity. By working with Orange, we are developing our solution that meets the specific needs of users in terms of mobile reception in buildings: an adhesive film with conductive patterns to be placed on windows.
